Shots Fired At Police During Garland High Speed Chase


GARLAND - Garland Police were involved in a high-speed car chase turned standoff along Westbound I-635 on July 2, police officials confirmed. Police said the chase began as a domestic incident when one car was chasing another, and police were called in to break up the chase. The police involvement turned into a high-speed car chase down I-635 and Airport Freeway. At some point, shots were fired from one of the vehicles, at the officers.
