Missing Child San Antonio Alert


16-year-old Cheyenne Wilson has been missing from her Oklahoma home since September 29th of last year. On Saturday, authorities in San Antonio said there is a likelihood she is in the 'Alamo City.' She is 5 foot 2 inches tall with a birthmark on her upper left thigh. If you live in or are visiting San Antonio, please keep your eyes out for Cheyenne. Texan Sentenced To Life For DWI


Ivy Ray Eberhardt, from Weatherford, has been sentenced to life in prison after being convected of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) for the 10th time. He will be eligible for parole in 15-years. After his latest DWI arrest, Eberhardt cut off an ankle monitor and fled the state to Colorado before being rearrested and returned to Texas. He has already served three prison sentences for previous DWI convictions.

Texas Police Officer Kelly Indicted


A Texas grand jury has indicted a Prairie View city police officer on a charge of 'official oppression' after he was caught on video shooting a man with a taser after being ordered to his knees by the officer. The police officer's name is Michael Kelly. The victim's name is Jonathan Miller who is a city councilman there. This incident occurred at Miller's home last year and was caught on video and shown to the public on social media.

36-Arrested In Cockfighting Sting


There were dozens of arrests made this afternoon in Midland County, Texas when law enforcement raided a major cockfighting operation. The location of the raid was on 2700 SCR 1195. In addition to cockfighting, Sheriff Gary Painter told reporters that cocaine and stolen vehicles were also recovered from the scene. The long list of those arrested included folks from Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.

Teen Garcia Killed In Pharr Crash


17-year-old Carlos Garcia from Pharr, Texas lost his life last night in a single car accident. The crash occurred on W. Ferguson Avenue around 9:30pm. Garcia was driving a Chevrolet Corvette when it veered off the road and wrecked into a medal sign post. Police are investigating to determine why he lost control. No other details are available at this time.

Michael Koch Arrested In Garland


Law enforcement in Smith County have announced the early morning arrest of Michael Paul Koch. He was taken into custody in Garland, Texas. Koch had been sought by police for several days after he allegedly shot and killed a K-9 officer by the name of 'Ogar' in East Texas.

Teen Arrested For Sexual Assault


A young man has been arrested in Lubbock and charged with the sexual assault of several women late last year. The name of the suspect is Tyzavier Caraway. DNA from one of the crimes scenes, was submitted for testing and it matched Caraway. When shown a picture of Tyzavier, a young girl who as attacked, told her mother that it was Caraway who assaulted her. He is being held in the Lubbock County jail under a $1 million bond.

Father Kills Daughter's Boyfriend


Details are few right now, but it is known that a father of a girl living in Big Spring shot and killed her boyfriend on Friday morning. Police say that 68-year-old Stephen Oyler drove to the home of 47-year-old Paul Kuhn around 8am and shot him 'point blank' in the chest with a shotgun. Kuhn was killed instantly. There have been reports of physical abuse between the couple, but nothing has been confirmed by police at this time. Law enforcement is continuing to investigate and will likely release, later this weekend, what charges will be filed against Oyler.

Texas Student Tests Positive For TB


Parents who have children in the Lewisville ISD were notified on Friday that a student in their system has tested positive for active tuberculosis. The letters were sent to parents of students at Hebron High and Hebron 9th grade. The quoted text below is a copy of the letter that was sent to those parents today.

“Dear Hebron High School and Hebron 9th Grade Campus Parents,

We want to inform you that one of our students has been diagnosed with active tuberculosis (TB) and HHS, HHS9 and Lewisville ISD (LISD) are responding under the guidance of the Denton County Health Department.

It is important to note, medical officials have informed us there is a very low probability of this student being contagious. No other students or staff members have tested positive or have been diagnosed with active TB, but we wanted you to be aware of the situation.

As with any health issue, our school nurses are aware of the symptoms and protocols related to TB. If you have any questions or concerns about TB, information can be found at the following websites:
