Woman Arrest In El Paso For Fatal DWI


EL PASO - Stephanie Marie Bueno, 25, was arrested for intoxicated manslaughter and intoxication assault after police obtained warrants for Bueno's arrest on Saturday. The crash happened at after 2:00 a.m. in the 1300 block of Zaragoza. According to police, Bueno was driving a 2007 Kia Optima south on Zaragoza at a high speed.

Man Accidentally Kills Brother With Firearm


SAN ANTONIO - Police say a man who was firing a gun out the window of a moving truck accidentally shot his brother who was driving. Eric Zavala, 41, died at the hospital. His brother, Rocky, 33, was taken to University Hospital for treatment. Police later recovered the gun from inside the truck.

Mother Arrested For Abandoning 3-Children In Hot Home


ODESSA - According to the report, the Odessa Texas police officers knocked and rang the doorbell and then saw a small child looking through the living room window. Officers said they also heard another child crying and noticed that the back door of the home was wide open.

Baumgartner Died In The Line Of Duty June 19th 2016


CONROE - According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Patton Village Sgt. Stacey Baumgartner was sent to the Valero Corner store at SH 242 and US 59. It was reported that a man was urinating on the sidewalk and exposing himself to customers. As Sgt. Baumgartner arrived, police say Garrett William Nee, 29, attempted to run down the officer and a chase began.
