KANSAS - A Kansas dad's touching gesture of getting a tattoo to match a scar his young son was left with following brain cancer surgery is winning kudos on the Internet. Last August, Marshall got a tattoo to match, telling his son, "if people want to stare at you, then they can stare at both of us."

HOUSTON - The boy was allegedly in the men's room when an unknown man entered his stall and then touched the victim inappropriately. The boy reportedly ran out of the restroom and hid under a water fountain as his mother was inside the women's restroom.

Puppy That Was Set On Fire Has Died


PALESTINE - Officials say a puppy that was set on fire in Palestine has died from her injuries. Officials confirmed Wednesday that Remi died after receiving burns to 50 percent of her body. On Monday, police received an animal cruelty report about an injured puppy in the 700 block of South Street.

Suspected Texas A&M Stalker Arrested


SAN ANTONIO - Juan Soto, 32, has been arrested on a charge of stalking in a case that police with Texas A&M University-San Antonio said also involved "veiled threats" against the school, itself. An arrest warrant affidavit said that the subject of the alleged stalking is a 41-year old-woman who works at the school. It said that the woman said Soto has been following her since February, causing her to fear for her safety.

Flesh-Eating Bacteria Caused Leg Amputation


HOUSTON - A Jacinto City man is fighting a flesh-eating bacteria in intensive care at LBJ Hospital, his family said. Doctors had to amputate 50-year-old Brian Parrott's right leg due to the bacteria. Relatives are in shock over how Parrott got the infection.

Woman Found Dead Near Pump Jack Identified


Reeves County - A 29-year-old mother from Collierville was found dead in Western Texas. Sheriff's Deputies in Reeves County suspect foul play in the death of Chastity Brashier who was apparently on her way to California. Oil workers found her body over the weekend.
