A suspect is now in custody following two overnight shootings in Seminole that injured four people.
According to the Seminole Police Department, the first shooting happened at 11:41 p.m. at Perika's, located at 116 S. Main St. in Seminole.
According to police, when officers arrived on scene, they found two victims, a man and a woman who had been shot.
Investigators say the shooter was identified by witnesses as 31-year-old Jacob Groening of Seminole.
Police say officers and bystanders conducted first aid until EMS arrived.
According to authorities, a short time later, another shooting was reported, this one in the area of County Road 379 and North Highway 385.
Investigators say when they arrived, they found two women who were shot.
Officers say it was soon discovered the two shootings were connected.
All four victims were transported to UMC in Lubbock.
Officers say three of the victims were listed in critical condition, while the fourth was listed in stable condition.
There is no word at this time what led to the shooing.
