Baytown Police have released new video and photos of the car they believe was driven by the person who shot and killed Deputy Clint Greenwood.
Investigators believe the vehicle is a black, 2013-2017 Nissan Versa Note.
Police are reaching out to the public for help in finding that vehicle. They’re asking anyone in southeast Harris County with surveillance cameras to check for video of the Nissan.
They want everyone to check between 6 a.m. Thursday, March 30 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 4. They’ve chosen such a wide time frame because so many cameras have dates and times that are off.
“We are asking for you to retain that footage. Don’t let it be deleted, erased or automatically over-ridden by your surveillance system,” Baytown police said.
Deputy Greenwood was gunned down when he arrived for work around 7 Monday morning, April 3.
