Naked Man With Shovel Bit Deputy

A Bullard man who was found naked and carrying a shovel is behind bars after allegedly biting a deputy.

About 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, Smith County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance call in the 16800 block of Deer Cove Road in Flint. When they arrived, they found Justin Carsten, 22, of Bullard, nude and carrying a shovel.

Officials later learned that Carsten was allegedly going door-to-door in his underpants, asking for work.

As deputies arrived, Carsten began to strip off his underwear. Deputies attempted to subdue Carsten, who appeared to be intoxicated or on some type of drugs, officials say. Carsten resisted arrest and deputies used a Taser, which officials say was ineffective.

A struggle ensued and Carsten allegedly bit one of the officers on the leg.

Which Is Best For Sandwiches?

Here are the contenders. A: Hellmann's B: Duke's C: Miracle Whip

A: America's #1 Mayonnaise is made with real*, simple ingredients: eggs, oil and vinegar. Hellmann’s® Real products are made with cage-free eggs. Our authentic mayonnaise is rich in Omega 3-ALA (contains 650 mg ALA per serving, 40% of the 1.6g Daily Value for ALA, 10g fat, and 1.5g saturated fat.) Use it to make outrageously juicy meals like our Parmesan Crusted Chicken!!

B: Duke’s is more than just a century-old southern recipe, it’s the secret to great food. Well, it’s not really a secret these days. After 100 years of adding creamy texture and tangy flavor to tomato sandwiches and potato salads, people can’t help but spread the word. Try some for yourself to taste the mayonnaise everyone is talking about.

C: And though Kraft keeps Miracle Whip's exact oil content a secret, the company confirms that it is too low to meet the mayo standard. What makes it different: While it contains mayo's key ingredients (egg, soybean oil, vinegar, water), Miracle Whip sets itself apart with a sweet, spicy flavor that some folks prefer.
