Darvin Espinoza Arrested After Threatening To Kill Police Officer


AUSTIN TEXAS - A man arrested for driving while intoxicated has also been charged with retaliation after he threatened to kill an officer, according to police. On Saturday around 5:18 p.m. an Austin Police officer responded to a call at FM 969 and Decker Lane for a vehicle that had just hit a tree. Police say the driver, 22-year-old Darvin Espinoza, had bloodshot, watery eyes and his speech was slurred.
