Sutherland Springs Church Sanctuary Will Reopen As Memorial, Today

One week ago today, a man who we will not name again walked into a small Baptist church in Sutherland Springs, Texas and killed 26- people during Sunday morning services. At 5:00pm today, that same church sanctuary will be opened to the public in a show of support for the victims who died there.

Last week, folks started cleaning out the inside of the church and they are now ready for people to pay their respects to the fallen. At 11:00am this morning, the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs will hold a worship service at a baseball field in town. Everyone is invited to attend.

Gov. Abbott has proclaimed November 12, 2017 as a ‘Day of Prayer’ in Texas.
